Ross enjoys working with people and loves the feeling of helping someone navigate the process towards buying their new home. It can be a complicated, stressful, and scary experience for borrowers, and if he can help his customers enjoy the ride while achieving their homeownership goals, it’s extremely rewarding for him.

Ross grew up in Springfield, OR and made his way to Portland after graduating from the University of Oregon. The move was an obvious one for the greater opportunities that Portland offered, while staying relatively close to friends and family.

When not working, Ross is with his family. He loves spending time with his wife, and coaching his 7yr old son in basketball, baseball, golf and any other sport we can squeeze in.

Most clients don’t understand they get to choose their rate.  Clint’s consultative approach is one where he educates the client on how to pick their rate and understand the importance of debt structure. Borrowers learn to leverage their largest asset with good debt while eliminating bad debt to reach their financial goals.  Utilizing this approach has resulted in positive outcomes and a loyal clientele following. Clint’s customer focused approach is a result of his training and experience at UPS and within the Pharmaceutical industry.

Clint is a results driven individual who received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and MBA in Marketing from the University of Oregon. When not closing loans, Clint dedicates time to being a soccer dad for his three amazing kids and building a better community. Clint is a Past President of the Clackamas Rotary Club who believes education is the key to our future.

For the last 25 years, Riley has served in relationship-building roles in the fields of film, music, marketing, finance, craft beer and real estate. Each of these positions had the same goal in mind: Build successful partnerships with each client based on trust and education.

As a Mortgage Advisor, he brings this same energy to every interaction. Riley understands his clients are embarking on an incredible journey, and one that can ultimately be confusing and stressful.  His goal is simple – to alleviate as much as he can through education and transparency.

Riley graduated from Ohio University and has been a Portland resident since 2003. He’s severely allergic to cats, hates bananas, and loves a cold Oregon brewed beer on a sunny Portland afternoon. His greatest times are spent in the backyard with family and friends, watching the chickens run around the yard, and marveling at the investment that grows right along with his two young daughters.
